Aubrey’s home is beautiful! Has a great view of the lake, a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub and so much to do at the house… From Pickleball to video games to shuffleboard to ping-pong… there wasn’t an idle moment unless we wanted one! Great place to stay… we’ll be back!

We stayed here for a family celebration for my 40th birthday, and it was perfect! The house had everything we needed and more — from the spacious layout to all the great amenities such as the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and games that made our stay so comfortable. We loved having plenty of room for everyone to relax, cook, and enjoy time together. The atmosphere was warm, clean, inviting, and the location was absolutely stunning for our weekend getaway. It truly made my 40th birthday celebration special! Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a memorable stay. Aubrey and Kyle also did an excellent job with their info booklet and we took their advice to try Baxter’s Lakeside for my birthday dinner and Pappo’s for pizza (try the brown butter chocolate chip cookies).

Everything was as expected. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. We especially liked all of the equipped kitchen and amenities. Our family includes two professional and experienced chefs. Our plan was to do all of our cooking and eating in-place. your home is uniquely suited for that. And all of the additional amenities were well used and enjoyed. Please note that this home has a special cancellation policy: cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in receive a full refund, cancellations made 15–59 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable. Please review these terms before booking to ensure they fit your travel plans.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Team Pederson’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Team Pederson will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Team Pederson will match it.
